RECIPES
COINTREAU SPRITZ
Ingredients
Ice
30 mls Cointreau
100 mls Prosecco
Soda water or lemonade
2 slices dehydrated oranges
Sprig of mint
Method
Half full a glass with ice, add Cointreau, Prosecco and top up with soda water or lemonade to taste. Garnish with oranges and mint.
MOJITO
Ingredients:
4-5 slices dehydrated lime
8-10 mint leaves
1 tsp raw sugar
Ice
60 mls white rum
30 mls lime juice
Lemonade or soda water
Extra mint leaves and dehydrated limes for garnish

Method:
Add lime, mint, sugar to a large glass and bash with muddle or the handle of a wooden spoon to release flavour.
Add ice, rum, lime juice then top up with lemonade or soda, then add lime an mint for garnish.
COSMOPOLITAN
Ingredients:
Ice
30 mls vodka
30 mls cointreau or triple sec
30 mls cranberry juice
10 mls lime juice
1 slice of dehydrated orange
1 slice of dehydrated lemon
1 Sprig of rosemary
Method:
Add all ingredients excluding citrus in a cocktail shaker and shake. Pour directly into glass and garnish with citrus and rosemary
