We try very hard to send the very best quality products. However, sometimes things go wrong and sometime this can be out of our control. So, if you have received a product and it is not correct or is not as stated on our website, please email a photo with an explanation within 14 days of receiving your order.

within 30 days for a refund of the original price of product purchased.
